Julien Choffat is a Swiss stylist and designer. In 2000, he studied fashion at the School of Applied Arts in La Chaux-de-Fonds. After graduating as a professional seamster, he decided to study fashion design in the well-known Studio Berçot in Paris. To complete his training, he deliberately chose placements in very different areas in order to gain as much understanding of the running of the fashion industry as possible. Back in Switzerland, Julien Choffat discovered the world of costumes within the Opera of Lausanne, where he worked for a season. He then joined the RTS Group (Radio Télévision Suisse) in Geneva.
To avoid limiting himself to ready-to-wear, he uses all the technical resources that he has acquired over the years to exploit other areas such as theatre costumes and illustration.
